SATELLITE - Jersey Dough

Jersey Dough & Co., long in the event catering business, dreamed of opening a new bagel & deli restaurant chain in New Jersey. Core to their philosophy was giving back to the Jersey communities that had helped their catering operation prosper over the decades. Satellite developed a brand strategy around the positioning: Honest Food, at Fair Prices for Good People. We designed the identity system, interior and exterior restaurant branding, website and food packaging.
