Speaking the Language of Digital Creatives
We were asked to polish up the w3 awards, a sister to the Webbys. The show honours digital excellence worldwide in all forms, and everyone from small shops, to agencies, to in-house departments gets a chance to shine. Hence our tagline, “Illuminating Brilliance.” The identity system evolved from the humble double forward slash, a staple of URLs and coding hierarchy: a modern monogram or rather “illumogram” conveyed creativity, collaboration & connectivity (the power of three). It launched with this year’s call for entries on May 5th: a virtual ﬁesta for Cinco de Mayo.
